4. Order Processing
4.1 Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day
- Weekend orders (Saturday after 2 PM, Sunday) will be processed on Monday
4.2 Order Dispatch
- You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched
- Tracking updates are available via the link provided in the email
- You can also track your order on our Order Tracking page
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for most serviceable pin codes
- COD orders may have an additional handling charge of ₹30-50
- Maximum COD order value: ₹10,000
- Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery

7. Order Tracking
Track your order using any of these methods:
- Email: Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
- Website: Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your Order ID
- Shipping Partner: Use the AWB number on the carrier's website
8. Delivery Instructions
8.1 What to Expect
- Delivery personnel will contact you before arrival
- Please keep your phone accessible during the expected delivery window
- Inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting
8.2 Undelivered Orders
- If you're unavailable, the courier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
- After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges may apply for returned packages
9. Damaged or Missing Packages
9.1 Damaged Package
- Do NOT accept if the outer packaging is visibly damaged
- If damage is found after opening, report within 48 hours
- Take photos of the damage and email us at info@kidzorastore.com
9.2 Missing/Lost Package
- If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us immediately
- We will investigate with the shipping partner
- If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund
10. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our delivery network and hope to offer international shipping soon.
11. Delays and Exceptions
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
- Public holidays, festivals
- Local strikes or transportation issues
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
- Recipient unavailability
