đ Orders & Payments
How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your desired items, choose the size/variant, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, go to your cart and click "Checkout". Fill in your shipping details, select your payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive an order confirmation email with your Order ID.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - Pay when your order arrives
- Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, RuPay
- UPI - Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.
- Net Banking - All major Indian banks
Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you can refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product. To cancel, email us at info@kidzorastore.com or call us at +91 88976 98326 with your Order ID.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with the tracking link and AWB number. You can also track your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your Order ID. Real-time tracking updates are provided by our shipping partners.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes! COD is available for most serviceable pin codes across India. COD orders may have a small handling fee (âš30-50). The maximum order value for COD is âš10,000. Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery.

What are the shipping charges?
- Orders above âš999: FREE shipping! đ
- Orders âš499 - âš998: âš49 shipping
- Orders below âš499: âš79 shipping
How long does delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 1 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 7-10 business days
- Remote Areas: 10-15 business days
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India, including metro cities, tier 2/3 cities, and remote areas. Enter your pin code at checkout to verify serviceability. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
What if my package is damaged on delivery?
If the outer packaging appears damaged, we recommend refusing delivery. If you notice damage after opening, please report it within 48 hours by emailing photos to info@kidzorastore.com. We'll arrange a free pickup and send a replacement or full refund.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging. Items like innerwear, swimwear, and personalized products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. See our full Returns Policy for details.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@kidzorastore.com with your Order ID, product name, and reason for return
- Include photos if the product is defective/damaged
- Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
- If approved, we'll arrange pickup or provide return shipping instructions
How long does it take to get a refund?
After your return is approved and received:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- COD Orders: 7-10 business days (via bank transfer)
- Store Credit: Instant
Can I exchange a product for a different size?
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the desired size. Your refund will be processed for the returned item.

How do I find the right size for my child?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements. We recommend measuring your child and comparing with the size chart before ordering. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up as kids grow quickly! If you need help, contact us with your child's age, height, and weight, and we'll recommend the best size.
Are your products safe for children?
Absolutely! Child safety is our top priority. All our clothing is made from skin-friendly, non-toxic fabrics. Our toys meet safety standards and are free from harmful chemicals. We carefully vet all our suppliers and products to ensure they're safe for children of all ages.
What materials are used in your clothing?
Our clothing features a variety of premium, kid-friendly fabrics including soft cotton, cotton blends, breathable linens, and cozy fleece for winter wear. Each product description includes detailed fabric composition. We prioritize comfort, durability, and skin safety in all our selections.
How should I care for the clothes?
Care instructions are provided on each product's label and product page. General tips:
- Machine wash in cold water with similar colors
- Use mild detergent
- Avoid bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Iron on low heat if needed

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can checkout as a guest! However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, view order history, and receive exclusive offers. Registration is quick and free.
How is my personal data protected?
