1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Customer Cancellation
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: Full refund will be processed
- After Dispatch: Cancellation not possible; you may refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product

To cancel your order:

- Cancel through your account dashboard (if registered)
1.3 Cancellation by Kidzora Store
We may cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability or stock issues
- Pricing or information errors on the Website
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Unserviceable delivery locations
- Payment failures or verification issues
In such cases, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Eligible for Refund
- Products returned within 7 days of delivery
- Unused products in original packaging with all tags intact
- Defective or damaged products (report within 48 hours)
- Wrong product delivered
- Products significantly different from description
2.2 Not Eligible for Refund
- Products used, washed, or altered
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Innerwear, swimwear, and hygiene-sensitive products
- Personalized or customized items
- Products returned after 7 days
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. Refund Process
3.1 How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@kidzorastore.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for refund
- Photos (if product is defective/damaged)
- Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
- If approved, we'll arrange product pickup or provide return shipping instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the product, refund will be initiated
3.2 Inspection
All returned products undergo quality inspection. If the product fails inspection criteria (used, damaged by customer, missing tags), refund may be denied or partial.

After your return is approved and the product is received:

5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Product returned with minor damage or missing accessories
- Product showing signs of use but otherwise acceptable
- Promotional items where discount was applied
The partial refund amount will be communicated before processing.
6. Shipping Charges
6.1 Refund of Shipping
- Defective/Wrong Product: Full refund including original shipping charges
- Change of Mind: Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return Shipping: Customer bears return shipping cost unless product was defective/wrong
6.2 Free Shipping Orders
For orders that qualified for free shipping, if the refund brings the order total below the free shipping threshold, the standard shipping charge may be deducted from your refund.
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Email us with photos of the damage at info@kidzorastore.com
- We'll arrange free pickup and send a replacement or full refund
8. Exchange Policy
We currently offer refunds only and do not process direct exchanges. To get a different size or product:
- Initiate a return for the original product
- Place a new order for the desired item
- Refund will be processed for the returned item
9. Promotional and Sale Items
- Items purchased during sales/promotions are eligible for refund if defective
- Discount codes: Refund amount is based on the actual amount paid, not the original price
- Buy-one-get-one offers: Both items must be returned for full refund
