- Unused and unwashed items in original condition
- Products with all original tags and labels attached
- Items in original packaging
- Defective or damaged products (must be reported within 48 hours)
- Wrong product delivered
- Products significantly different from description/images
1.2 Not Eligible for Return
- Used, worn, or washed products
- Products without original tags and packaging
- Innerwear, underwear, and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Personalized or customized items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Free gifts or promotional items (unless defective)

3. Return Request Information
When requesting a return, please provide:
- Order ID (found in your order confirmation email)
- Product name you wish to return
- Reason for return (defective, wrong size, etc.)
- Photos (required for defective/damaged items)
- Preferred resolution (refund or store credit)
4. Return Packaging Checklist
Before You Ship
- Product is unused and in original condition
- All original tags are attached
- Product is in original packaging
- All accessories/freebies included
- Return authorization number (if provided) is noted
- Package is securely sealed
- Outer packaging protects the product

6.1 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- Defective/Wrong Product: We cover return shipping costs (free pickup)
- Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
- Size Issues: Customer pays return shipping
6.2 Pickup vs Self-Ship
- Pickup: Available for defective/wrong products at no extra cost
- Self-Ship: Use a trackable shipping method; we're not responsible for lost returns
7. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone
- Include clear photos showing the defect/damage
- Do NOT wash or use the product
- We will arrange free pickup within 3-5 business days
- Full refund or replacement will be processed
8. Return Processing
8.1 Timeline
- Return Pickup/Receipt: 3-7 business days after approval
- Quality Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after inspection
8.2 Quality Inspection
All returns undergo quality inspection. If the product fails inspection (used, damaged, missing tags), we may:
- Deny the refund and return the product to you
- Process a partial refund

- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: Instant
- COD Orders: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days
