3. Return Request Information

When requesting a return, please provide:

  • Order ID (found in your order confirmation email)
  • Product name you wish to return
  • Reason for return (defective, wrong size, etc.)
  • Photos (required for defective/damaged items)
  • Preferred resolution (refund or store credit)

4. Return Packaging Checklist

  • All original tags are attached
  • Product is in original packaging
  • All accessories/freebies included
  • Return authorization number (if provided) is noted
  • Package is securely sealed
  • Outer packaging protects the product

  • Defective/Wrong Product: We cover return shipping costs (free pickup)
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping
  • Size Issues: Customer pays return shipping

6.2 Pickup vs Self-Ship

  • Pickup: Available for defective/wrong products at no extra cost
  • Self-Ship: Use a trackable shipping method; we're not responsible for lost returns

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  1. Report within 48 hours of delivery via email or phone
  2. Include clear photos showing the defect/damage
  3. Do NOT wash or use the product
  4. We will arrange free pickup within 3-5 business days
  5. Full refund or replacement will be processed
Tip: If the outer package looks damaged during delivery, take photos before opening and consider refusing delivery.

8. Return Processing

8.1 Timeline

  • Return Pickup/Receipt: 3-7 business days after approval
  • Quality Inspection: 1-2 business days after receipt
  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after inspection

8.2 Quality Inspection

All returns undergo quality inspection. If the product fails inspection (used, damaged, missing tags), we may:

  • Deny the refund and return the product to you
  • Process a partial refund

9. Refund Timeline

After your return is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
  • Store Credit: Instant
  • COD Orders: Bank transfer within 7-10 business days
