2. Delivery Timelines
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location:

The courier partner for your order will be assigned based on serviceability and delivery speed for your pin code.
5. Pincode Serviceability
We deliver to over 25,000+ pin codes across India. To check if we deliver to your location:
- Enter your pin code on the product page
- Check at checkout before placing your order
- Contact us at support@kidzorastore.com for assistance
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you can track it through:
- Track Order Page: Visit kidzorastore.com/track-order and enter your order number
- Email/SMS: Click the tracking link in your shipping notification
- Courier Website: Use the AWB number on the courier's official website
7. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts
- If you're unavailable, the courier will leave a contact slip
- After 3 unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to us
- Return-to-origin shipments may result in cancellation and refund (minus shipping charges)
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for select pin codes with the following conditions:
- Maximum COD order value: âš5,000
- COD fee: âš49 per order
- Please keep exact change ready for faster delivery
- COD availability shown at checkout based on your pin code
9. Important Information
9.1 Delivery Address
- Please provide complete and accurate address with landmark
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Invalid addresses may cause delays or returns
9.2 Package Inspection
- Inspect the package for damage before accepting
- If the package appears tampered or damaged, refuse delivery or note it on the delivery receipt
- Report any issues within 24 hours of delivery
9.3 Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Natural disasters or extreme weather
- Public holidays and festival seasons
- Remote location accessibility issues
- Address issues or recipient unavailability
- Courier operational issues
