Clear and fair refund terms for your peace of mind
Our Promise: We believe in hassle-free shopping. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund if:
- The item is returned within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- You received a defective or damaged item
- You received a wrong item
- Your order was cancelled before shipping
2. Refund Timelines
Once your return is approved and received at our warehouse, refunds are processed as follows:

Note: Actual credit to your account depends on your bank's processing time and may take additional 2-3 days.

3. Refund Amount
3.1 Full Refund
You'll receive a full refund (including original shipping charges) for:
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong items sent by us
- Items not delivered within 15 days of shipping
- Orders cancelled before dispatch
3.2 Partial Refund
For returns due to change of mind or size issues:
- Product cost will be refunded in full
- Return shipping charge of âš79 will be deducted
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the order had free shipping)
4. Order Cancellation
đĢ Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order:
- Before dispatch: Full refund within 24-48 hours
- After dispatch: Cannot be cancelled. Please refuse delivery or initiate a return after receiving.
4.1 How to Cancel
- Email us at support@kidzorastore.com with your order number
- Include "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line
- We'll confirm cancellation within 2 hours (during business hours)
4.2 Cancellation by Us
We may cancel orders in rare cases:
- Item out of stock
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Unable to verify payment
- Delivery not serviceable to your pincode
In such cases, a full refund will be processed immediately.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Innerwear and socks (hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards and vouchers
- Items returned after 7 days
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
6. Refund for COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer:
- Share your bank details (Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name)
- Email these details to support@kidzorastore.com
- Refund will be transferred via NEFT/IMPS within 7-10 business days
7. Store Credit Option
Instead of a refund, you can opt for store credit:
- Store credit is issued instantly after return approval
- Store credit is valid for 12 months
- Can be used for any product on our website
- Cannot be converted to cash
8. Refund Status
To check your refund status:
- Email us at support@kidzorastore.com with your order number
- We'll provide you with the refund reference number and status
- For bank credits, check your statement for "KIDZORA REFUND" or similar
9. Disputes
If you have concerns about your refund:
- Contact our customer support team first
- If unresolved, write to our Grievance Officer at grievance@kidzorastore.com
- Complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days
